Booking and paying for your appointment

• Payment for a treatment to be paid in full at time of booking by either bank transfer or cash.

Cancellation Policy​

​

• If you cancel or reschedule your appt within 36 hours of your appointment there is a 50% cancellation fee

• If you cancel or reschedule on the day or don’t turn up for your appointment the charge will be 100% of the treatment cost

• If you are running late I may not be able to extend your appointment time and you will still be charged in full

• Please can you give me as much notice as possible when you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment
